Gonadorelin (synonyms: GnRH, gonadoliberin, gonadotropin-releasing hormone) is a natural hormone that causes increased secretion of gonadotropin: FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone), which in turn increases the testosterone secretion. Gonadorelin is a peptide in its structure.
The main effect of using Gonadorelin is increasing the production of testosterone. Gonadorelin increases the release of the LH and FSH hormones, which enhances the secretion of testosterone and spermatogenesis. The luteinizing hormone stimulated the production of testosterone by interstitial cells in males and penetration of this hormone in the blood vessels.
Gonadorelin naturally activates the production of endogenous testosterone, which has several advantages over artificial one, such as absence of estrogens, flavoring and filling.
In medicine, it is used for the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibrosis, infertility and prostate cancer.
To increase the levels of testosterone, you should use pulse therapy, and to decrease it, you should use a continuous course.
Gonadorelin is often used in combination with GHRP-6 or Ipamorelin.
Gonadorelin has the following main effects:
Increases the secretion of own testosterone, so respectively, stimulates the muscle strength and mass;
Enhances spermatogenesis;
Used after course of treatment;
Used as a bridge between the courses.
Gonadorelin poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract; therefore, it is administered by injections or as a nasal spray. The half-life is approximately 10-40 minutes after injection. The peptide is hydrolyzed (split) in serum and excreted with urine in the form of inactive metabolites.
